Return policy
-General
Defects and errors:
If the book is defective or has been sent to you in error,
you may return it to us for a full refund, plus return
shipping costs. If the book has been damaged in
shipping, please contact us for instructions.
Overstock/Other:
Provided the book has not been read and the covers have not
been scratched, bent, stained, or otherwise damaged,
you may return a book within 180 days of ordering for a full
refund of the book price, shipping not included. If the book
is not in condition to be resold as new, a refund will not
be honored. To notify us of a return, please contact
us by email.
Discounts, explained:
Most of our books are available through New Leaf or Ingram.
If you do not have an account with New Leaf or Ingram and
need to order direct from us, please click on the title to
order at 40% off the retail price (for returnable,
able-to-resell books). If you're more certain of the
exact quantity needed, then take advantage of our 50%
discount, no returns accepted except in the case of
defects/errors above. Larger discount for non-returnables is
not retroactive after sales, sorry!
We are attempting to work with booksellers and vendors to
make sure the right quantity needed is ordered so that our
planet's resources are used wisely and an overstocked item
does not add to fuel consumption by being returned. We
invite you to work with us to conserve both your resources
